KAPTON TAPES

Kapton tape is a polyamide self-adhesive tape designed for protecting parts (joints, integrated circuits, sockets) against overheating during re-flow soldering and hot-air soldering and in many other production processes with high temperature. Kapton tape is resistant to chemicals and very high temperatures, for short periods of time up to +400 ºC. It has silicon glue allowing for easy removal of the tape from the surface, without leaving residues of glue.
